The Mid-Plains Community College Rodeo Team will host its inaugural Whitetail Bull Bash Sept. 15 at the Wild West Arena in North Platte. Action begins at 7 p.m.

Tickets are on sale now for a Traeger Pro 780 Pellet Grill being raffled by the Mid-Plains Community College Rodeo Team. Proceeds from the fundraiser will be used to help offset travel and other team expenses.

The Mid-Plains Community College Rodeo Team will host its annual spring fundraising rodeo in McCook March 11-12. The event was named the Kansas Pro Rodeo Association Small Purse Rodeo of the Year in 2021.
