MCC’s Inter-High Day draws more than 200 students
More than 200 of the best area high school students from 12 area high school were on the McCook Community College campus Wednesday competing for team and individual honors in the annual Inter-High Day Scholastic competition.
Perkins County, Dundy County-Stratton and Medicine Valley claimed top prize in the three divisions for team awards.
This year three $500 scholarships were awarded to the winning teams. Also, the top three students in each of 23 academic areas received three free tuition credits for Mid-Plains Community College classes.
