MCC hosts 50 high schoolers for career day
Nearly 50 students from eight area high schools were on the McCook Community College campus Thursday for Career Search and Investigate (CSI) Day.
Career Services staff from Mid-Plains Community College partnered with ESU 13 and ESU 15 to offer the career exploration opportunity.
Students toured campus, interacted with MCC International Club students and spent time with MCC instructors in college classrooms and labs learning about specific career paths available at MCC.
High schools participating included Dundy County-Stratton, Hershey, McCook, Maxwell, Maywood, Stapleton, Wallace, and Wauneta-Palisade.
